Terms and Conditions for Package tours booking are as below:
Cost Include:
• All Accommodation Heritage, standard and 3 to 4 star Hotels.
• Houseboat trip all meals and expenses included.
• Domestic flight from Madurai to Bangalore.
• All Breakfast, lunch and 4 evening meals.
• All transport by Air conditioned vehicle from Airport to Airport and during your trip private drivers in cars and A/C trains as per the itineraries.
• Services of an English speaking guide and a local guide if needed.
• National park and fort entrance fees.


RISK: Please Provide your own Insurance – Cost does not include your insurance
We advise our guests to have their own OVERSEAS TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE POLICY before they travel to India and to bring any personal medicines needed. It should include, walking as well as other travel activities, Health and other belongings.


The Prices does not Include: • Your International flights are not included.
• Travel insurance
• Visa fee or services
• Evening Meals are not included. (Except during the houseboat and 3 meals out).
• Please have around £125 for your evening meals.
• Expenses of a personal nature.
• Any other services not specified in the itinerary.
• Extra drinks, Camera Charges & other personal items.
• Extra expenses due to natural calamities like floods, landslides, earthquakes etc.
• Tip for staff is not included and it is always good to reward good service.
• Coolies or porters are extra if you use them.


Important Notes: Package Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Accommodation is subject to availability. Rooms may vary in sizes and shapes. This tailor made tour is not suitable for wheel chair users.


Booking terms: :: Advised to book in advance and closes not later than 30 days before the trek or trip.
:: Bookings are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. However rights of admission are reserved by the company.
:: Bookings will be accepted only on receipt of your written confirmation order detailing the itinerary, dates and participants along with a non-refundable booking amount of 50% of total amount per person. The balance amount should be deposited on or before 30 days before commencement of the trek or tour, failing which the booking will be cancelled and the amount forfeited.
:: Changes to the itinerary or dates, if any, shall be allowed within a week of the booking. No changes, alterations or amendments will be entertained after that.
:: If any changes are asked after once all confirmed, then it will be construed as a fresh booking and extra charges will be applied if needed.
:: Kindly make 100% payment on or before the time limit to enable us, resorts/hotels and other vendors to hold the reservation on a confirmed basis. This is very crucial to us as India has a limited season.
