Highlights to ride on Shimla – Tattapani – Village Visits - Sarahan – Kalpa - Kinnaur Kailash 6050m– Spiti – Pin Valley – Kibber Village – Kunzum Pass 4550m – Moon Lake – Rohtang Pass 3995m Manali - Jalori pass - Narkanda - Shimla and wilderness of the Himalayas.

This ride takes you to the most beautiful and wild mountain valleys in the world. The tour is very relaxed and gives you a good mix of motorbike riding in the Himalayas and experience of ancient culture, civilizations and the Himalayan tribal regions. This is a tour that you will remember for its people, beautiful culture, the high mountains and deep valleys and its challenging paths.     

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi : Arrival Delhi and hotel for rest and night in Delhi and afternoon sightseeing Delhi.  

Day 2 : Delhi – Kalka : Morning train to Kalka and drive to the Hotel for wash and early Lunch. After Lunch test your bikes and drive to Shimla in the afternoon. A visit to the Viceroy Lodge after a good motorbike practice and check in hotel. Evening on the Mall in the city centre.Overnight in Shimla.

Day 3 : Shimla to Tattapani : We will have a morning ride through beautiful scenery of Shimla to Kufri and Chail and back for lunch to Naldehra on the way to natural hot springs. An evening will be spent by the river and hot springs over some drinks.

Day 4 : Tattapani– Sarahan : Early start and we follow the Satluj river valley to Rampur, while visiting small villages on the way. The landscape and views start to become more tribal and wild as we enter the valley. A night of camping and relaxing with great food.

Day 5 : Sarahan –Kalpa :  From Sarahan we head to the real wilderness of the Himalayas in the Satluj river Valley, passing some deep gorges and edges on the way. Breath taking view of the Kinnaur Kailash 6050m. We will explore this valley and you will be able to stop, relax and visit some old temples and beautiful wooden architecture.

Day 6 : Kalpa – Nako: A great drive to Nako. At Nako there is a beautiful lake and we are a few kilometres from the Chinese Tibetan Border. We will camp here tonight in the militarized zone.

Day 7 : Nako – Tabo: We drive into the stunning Spiti Valley, and the small town of Tabo. Once in Tabo we will visit the Buddhist Monastery built in 992AD, a listed world heritage site.

Day 8 : Tabo – Pin Valley village Mudh : The scenery here just gets better and better. Today’s ride takes us into the land of the Ibex and snow leopard. Evening in camp or with the local families with local delicious food in the village.

Day 9 : Mudh village Pin Valley to Kaza : Kaza is a market town and after a cup of hot tea we head up to Kibber via Kee Monastery to the worlds highest village Kiber 4270m.

Day 10 : Kaza – Chatru:  Today we travel over Kunzum pass 4,551 m on the way to our campsite for the night. The scenery here is just stunning as we head down Spiti valley. A great evening awaits us for our last night of camping under the stars. If possible may visit Moon lake.

Day 11: Chatru – Manali: Today we travel back to the civilization hotel in Manali over Rhotang pass 3995 m. You will need all your biking skills at hand to get through popular touristy spot and tricky slopes. And then another 60 km back to Manali. In Manali we all visit the Hot springs in Vashist to help our muscles revive and then retire to the famous bars for soft drinks!

Day 12 : Manali to Shoja: Today after easy morning, rest and shopping. We drive via Naggar and Kullu Valley to Shoja for the night. Visit to the lake and Jalori pass in the evening. Overnight in Shoja, camping.

Day 13 : Shoja to Shimla: Another day of green alpines and foothills and a last ride via Narkanda to Shimla. Evening party and evening awards as well as dropping the bikes.

Day 14 : Shimla to Delhi:  Flight from Shimla – Delhi in the morning and afternoon or night flight home.
